These include ramp entries to all pools a Changing Places facility equipped with a hoist and adult change table accessible change rooms a spa with hoist access aquatic wheelchairs and walking lanes with handrails in the pool. Staff have received training about hidden disabilities and wear Hidden Disability Sunflower supporter lanyards. There are noise reduction earmuffs that can be borrowed and a designated quiet space for people with sensory challenges.
The gym provides a range of universally accessible equipment machines including chest press shoulder press and low row as well as an arm cycle. There are a range of group fitness activities and inclusive sports which people can get involved in ranging from Pickle Ball to inclusive basketball.
