The beautifully preserved Boulder Town Hall is home to the Local History Archives and Goldfields War Museum. The town hall is also home to the highly significant theatre curtain painted in 1908 by Philip Goatcher; renowned scenic painter for most of J. C. Williamsons opera and drama productions. The painting depicts the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius this drop curtain is painted in the Tromp l’oeil style.

The Boulder Town Hall is open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm (excluding public holidays)
Tours of the Boulder Town Hall are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am (excluding public holidays)

Tour cost is: $10 per person $8 with a concession card and $4 for children 16 years and younger
Accessibility: The Ground Floor is fully accessible. Unfortunately access to the 1st Floor is only accessible via a staircase. Accessible toilets and parking.
