Officially opened in 1997 the Katanning Leisure Centre (commonly known as the KLC) was built largely as a result of fundraising efforts and contributions from the local community and surrounding districts. The KLC is ideally suited to host sport events of all types. Conducted within the centre are regular group fitness classes and a gym providing your health and fitness needs. Surrounding the centre are several high quality outdoor sports venues and an equestrian dressage arena with stables. Other facilities include Machinery Restoration Group Display and Shears Shed.
